Mix'n'Match

No pictures of today, because I've been too busy shopping christmas presents. Buuut there are quite a number of shots from yesterday's walk through the Prater before T and I went for an Ikea-shopping expedition. Afterwards we had a good laugh when playing Scrabble with T's Sister. That's the kind of days I like best. For my outfit I stuck with the 'There are no rules in fashion'-thesis and mixed all kinds of colours, designs and shapes. I had pretty much fun doing so. How about you?

Ladies Night

On Thursday night it was movie-time, so my GF and I decided to watch 'New Years Eve' in a cinema near our flat. It was a great evening filled with A-list stars (such as Sarah J. Parker, Jessica Biel, Katherine Heigl, Bon Jovi, Ashton Kutcher and so many more - just like in 'Valentines Day'), Martini Asti and sweet popcorn. 'New Years Eve' is a lovely film and quite worth seeing, if one likes beautiful pictures and all that girlish glitter-glamour touch. As far as my outfit is concerned, I found myself fairly inspired by the 70s. Most probably for the first time in my entire life. ;)

P.S. Just noticed that the walls behind me (in the pictures) are really shabby. Without chic. Just terribly shabby. Sorry for that.

All going well(ie)

Oh my, I'm so badly craving snow but t's just too warm here in Vienna. As you can see, my outfit is more autumn-like than made for very cold days. As it has been raining almost the whole day (and not snowing..grr), I exchanged my winter boots for Hunter wellies. That's ok for a couple of days, but for it's December already.. Well, you know it anyway. Have a nice evening.

Shout it out

Hi everyone, I wanna spread a message in today's blog entry! Or is it more like a philosophy of life? Anyway, there's a question I've always used to ask myself: why saving a beautiful dress, a party-like outfit or anything pretty and/or glamorous for a special occasion? What if that day will never even come to pass? So my opinion is: Dress how you feel! Amen.
That's excactly what I was doing today, although some people might have thought I'm a little mad, showing up in a gold sequined skirt in broad daylight. Just when I had wondered if it could have been the wrong decision, a nice woman told me that she loved my outfit. What a highlight! See? - It's all about charisma!

New kid on the blog

So this is the second part of my 'Carinthia Diary', where I want to introduce you to my beloved two-year-old brother Noah-Joel, give you some more insight in what I've been doing and of course show you another outfit. This one does make me look very - let's put it in a nice way - curvy! But I love the fabric of the dress, sooo let's turn a blind eye to it. :)

Coming home

Again, I've spent a weekend off at home. Those few days were pure relaxation and joy! Been to a comedy show of the great 'Stermann & Grissemann', which was incredibly funny and I also very much enjoyed seeing all those familiar faces in my hometown - well, ok, at least my families' :)
The pics give you an impression of some outfits I've been wearing! For now part one. Stay tuned.

P.S. I love knitwear.

Oh happy day

Wow, how awesome is that? Woke up today when the parcel service knocked on my door and handed me a surprise of my auntie in - an advent calendar! I think you can never be to old to have one :) And the best thing was - tadada - when I got a belated birthday pressie from my (too far away living) super-duper-friend Berni!! Such a wonderful gift - very meaningful to me! Thank you so much, darling.
Outfit: I was wearing a total comfy sweater today and nothing extra-ordinary.. so, not many pics. ;)
