70's Style, Brooklyn bound

Today's outfit ensemble took me about five minutes and no effort at all - not that I plan my fashion adventures, but there are combinations that need a little more time to be put together. Anyway, that look was meant to be nothing but comfortable for a spontaneous autumn walk and turned out to generate very specific connotations inside my head: the seventies - with my hair slightly resembling Farah Fawcett in Charlie's Angels, and Brooklyn, for I absolutely love this borough of NYC and my beloved faux leather jacket reminds me of 'the' Brooklyn style quite often (I connect it with the New York indie music scene and tv-series like 'Girls').

The look is rather classical and obviously does not feature any of this year's fall 'it-pieces' like tartan patterned clothes, but is built around my cosy vintage blouse, which is clearly the key piece of the ensemble. Last but not least, I wanna mention my new H&M fedora, that I happened to fall in love with the second I caught sight of (at the shop's sale-section)! What do you think about my brown-ish attempt to style a comfortable fall look?

Love, Julie.
